Transitioning from a Tier 1 Infrastructure Company where she focused on the delivery of construct-only contracts, Maddison has been involved in various aspects of civil engineering from pavement rehabilitation and stabilization to the construction of granular pavements, drainage infrastructure, and asphalt pavements. Her work primarily supported the Department for Infrastructure and Transport and Local Government clients, providing her with a broad understanding of the sector’s needs and challenges.

In her role at Pavement Asset Services, Maddison’s responsibilities have covered a wide spectrum, including internal construction verification, surveillance for infrastructure projects, establishing and implementing Quality Management Systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Her hands-on experience in quality assurance and control during road construction, coupled with her skills in managing project costs, schedules, and fostering a positive safety culture, highlight her multifaceted capabilities.
